We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and included components. Products showing signs of use, improper handling, alterations, or damage after delivery may not qualify for a return. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, clearance items, and products marked as final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use, cleaning, or household products that have been opened or used may also be non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will carefully review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned package reaches us safely.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
